Job Description:
End to End Coordination and Delivery of Training including Pre and Post Training activities.
Facilitating and delivering classroom trainings as well as engaged in outbound workshops.
Carry out training needs and analysis studies in association with line managers and leaders to determine training requirements and interventions.
Plan and identify monthly training calendar which will be published to the employees of the organization.
Communicate and coordinate training schedule details and pre-requisites to participants, faculty and course enrollment procedures for open batches and coordinating for other administrative works.
Find the trainer, based on requirement and Schedule an evaluation call with client.
Collect the Lab set up from the trainer for the required training and shares it to the respective system admin to prepare the classroom ready to deliver the session.
Collect the courseware for the training and make sure to share to participate on 1st day of the training.
Collect the attendance and feedback on required dates and conduct assessment test on last day of the training to measure effectiveness of training.
Vendor Management.

Coordinate with external learning partners (external vendors) regarding facility hiring and trainer blocking with the below process:

Vendor registration with firm.
Cost Negotiation of various trainings.
Raising the PO`s
Processing the Invoices.
